RSI Agents

Hi guys,

I'm installing a new OXE v7 with a Genesys. I have the following problem:

In version 6.2 i did an installation using the same idea, and the RSI agents logged into a ProACD set as a normal CCD. This is ok for me because it's logic.

Now in version 7, when try to create a ProACD phone set a lock error (79) appears. An Indian guy (first level) told me this is ok..i said why? where does RSI agent logs in? no answer yet.

Does anybody knows how to configure this option or how to?

What type of set did you create the Acd Pro set and the Agent for???? You have to create all agent sets as 4068's now from Rel 7 , try thia as well for the Acd Pro Set.....
