Dear all,
i having OXE crystall system R7.1 path 36d.

i config as below capture but intip card not work:

Event : CPU search step failed

Diagnosis :
- INTIP board failed to locate the main CPU.

Checklist :
- Check lanpbx.cfg file content
- Check that Ethernet address and Crystal number are declared in database of the CPU
- Check that the CPU can ping INTIP board when this message is just displayed


Can Experts help me on this ?

You are using INTIPA2 board but your configuration is using INTIPA. Maybe you like to change the board type and try again.

i can choice INTIPA or INTIPB only. no INTIP2 choice.

check ip connection to router
The INTIP can´t load the lanpbx.cfg from the CPU
-- No response from Default Router

check if lanpbf.cfg is correct on the cpu
lanpbxbuild then view
lanpbxbuild -auto to create new file

Why the Default Gateway IP address configured on the board is the ip addr of the cpu ? Try with good managment.
Also check the mac, remake the lanpbx and shut

Dear All,
i connected INTIP card and CPU to same switch. so i set Default Gateway IP address is CPU IP.

i checked MAC add again. it's true.
