4645 voice mail box

A user has had a situation where a caller has tried to leave a message and unable to as the voice mail box was full. on investigation the user had 20 voice mails, once deleted there was no problem. Where can i adjust the number of voicemails per user ?

It's not per user, it's per class of service.
You assign a user to a class of service.

is there a tool that will allow me to pick a voice mail of an exec and save it on a disk and play it on an external devices, such as wmp, for legal purposes. beside IMAp, is there any other tools that would give me a better closer result.
