Restore mao data from VMware to Actual crystal system

Hi all,
i use VMware to create database for customer system (crystal): user, trunk group

but when i restore mao-acc to crystal system. every thing still identified with WMware. it not match with actual hardware (hardware address,....)

You can't really do that.
If you followed the board instruction, your VMWARE is probably setup as a blade server.
In the new releases, Shelf 0 is the CPUs, 1 is virtual, and you start at 2.. up to 18 or 19 depending if you have VM etc etc..

but i got advising from ALU technican that we can do that. he did that for big site installation.
due to alcatel polycy so he could not show me detail but he "hint" me that "hardware.mao"

any one know this pls share me

never done an install that way as normally I would use a lab system with at least the correct cpu config. I suggest that you delete all cards and shelves form your database ( will will need to make sure users are not assigned ports, trunks are not assigned to trunk groups and nothing assigned to the GPA) then load the database onto the real system, Stop the runtel and load the ops files again.
give it a go and you may be okay.
