4018 caller id problem

Hi

I have 4018 IP sets in OXE rls 9.0 system. Here my problem is i am getting either name or number as caller id . How can can i get both in this set.

any help would be appreciated.

You can't, just the screen is small...

And can you view the name and the number in a 4028/4038 set? I have an OXE R9 with a QSIG with another PBX, and I need to show both the number and the name that I receive from the QSIG trunk in the display of the OXE's phones.

I got the infromation that the name & number display will get in 4038 only.
