What are talking about? Skype!=SIP at all.
You need a gateway to have OXE connected to Skype if you want to stay "all-IP" or use Skype-POTS adapters.
If you would just use search you would find this topic very useful

AFAIK OXE does not support Skype protocol.
OXE needs an external gateway - PC or server - which converts SIP signalling to Skype signalling.

thanks for giving support.
can you explain what is required exactly. can i provide one pc for converts SIP signalling to skype signalling. Then what i have to install that PC for converts SIP signalling to skype signalling. and explain about OXE side also. I configured in OXE SIP ext gateway with Skype IP address and i am using IP authentication. But when iam accessing that particular SIP trunk i am getting congestion. but trunk status showing all channells are free. what may be the problem.

Thanks

You can now get SIP trunks from Skype http://www.skype.com/intl/en/business/sip/get-it-now . It is available as an open Beta, and I belive it is 10USD per channell.

cheers

Are you referring to the Skype Gateway(skip2pbx)...this is an approved solution by Professional Services...u will have an OXE with this Skip2pbx appliance that will connect your OXE to the Skype 'world'.

yes, i am having account with Skype manager. i have created profile also. there i am given IP authentication. In OXE side i have configured SIP Ext. Gateway with the skype details. that is fine. but i am not recharged for the account. first i need to check with Skype toll free number calls, once i got voice quality status then i will recharge.
Now when i am accessing SIP trunk i am getting congestion. can you please help me out.

Thanks
