CCS Customer want to displayWithdrawel on phone

Customer want to reason for withdrawal on IP Phone i.e.: Lunch, Smoke ect.
I am running release 8.01 g1503.35

Thanks will this display on the phone or only in the stats

on both, but You will not see name of type in CCS Excel stats, only number 1-9.
