OXO card rejected

Hi guys

Please assist me, I've got an OXO with a Mix 244, Mix 484, APA4, SLI 8 and a SLI 16. The Mix 244 card is always shown as present/rejected. My licensing allows for the mix boards. Any ideas why this happens?

Hello

fisrt make a backup!

make a cold reset and restore the configuration!!if the problem is not solved do lola and put the licence and again restore!if not solved hardware problem..

What size rack do you have? and what is the card layout?

Hi

MIX 244 can be in a wrong slot.

Rack 1 - any slot.
Rack 2 - any slot.
Rack 3 - only slots 1,2,3 and 4.
