Recall time?

hi to everybody,

I have oxo 4.x system: AA is enabled.

i want my operator set dynamically routed after 20 sec to extension 103 . then 103 will ring 20 sec before AA will recall the routed call to the operator set. can somebody help me im just new to oxo.

my current setting: 103 rings for 2 sec then AA recall to the OS.

Change the "Timeout for call back after unanswered transfer" in the System misc. / Feature Design / Part 5.
(by default this timer is 24 sec !)
