connect x-lite behind NAT to OXE

Post by yudh1z »

Hi, I have a problem. I create a SIP user on OXE, when the SIP client (x-lite) connect to the CS directly via router all the call flows correctly. But when i put the SIP client behind the NAT, the voice flow is not working (but the signalling was OK, because it rings). Does anyone having the same problems?

Voice - it is RTP problem.
Check with X-lite trace log which ports are used for RTP and whether they are open in your router.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

On both sides?
Also, did you enable ALG on your router?
