Echo in IP or Digital/Analog phones with SIP Phone conversation

Hi

Having a problem of echo in analog/digital/IP phones when in conversation with a SIP extension/device in PDA but no echo in external (PSTN) calls. Voice is clear in SIP PDA device, echo in Analog/ip/digital phones.

Any advice please.
