4760 not getting tickets from Oxo

Dear all,

Actually I'm having a problem 4760 which si not getting tickets from an Oxo.

The configuration of the 4760 software is ok.
The V24 is activated on the Pabx
On all Users the Metering monitoring is on all calls.

Have someone ever got this problem.

First thing to test:

Do you have output from the V24?

How to test, connect the V24 to a serial input and start hyperterminal or a communication program you like.

Make sure that hardware handshake is off and that the baud rate on the V24 and the PC is set correctly.

Make a test call and after the hangup you should at least see something on the terminal screen...

Only if this works than you can be sure that the settings are correct.
