4059 Attendant Overflow

Does anyone know how to configure the OXE with one 4059 console, to have a call ring first on the 4059 then if not answered to overflow/forward to an AA mailbox in the 4645 located in the same node?

Craete a prefix for entity and then using it replace attendant call. On Entity CDT, edit first route for attendant and the second route for AA menu. Finally, edit the overflow time of entity. The entity call is only available on external incoming calls.

Thanks for your reply, I got it to work by setting the overflow timer in entity and then managing the Access Category in the Trunk Group (in this case it was 0) to allow overflow for all types of trunks.
