Licensing for Premium to GCE upgrade

I am about to upgrade from Premium 2.2.208 to GCE 4.202. I have been given only one new License file xxxxxxxx.Prem.
Do I need another License (xxxxxxxx.dat) also ?
Not sure if this is correct???

Yes, you do in the new *.dat file there is the genesys 8.0 license.
I have it running here in OXE and SIP mode both work fine.
