Cannot delete set supervision

Hi,

I'm having an receptionist with set type 4035T (ext 1130). There are several set supervision keys programmed for this extension. For one particular extension(1128) there is always busy displayed on the key even though the extension is idle. When i try to delete the set supervision for 1128, the extension 1128 goes out of service and also 1130.

Can anyone please help out.

is the 1128 a user or a virtual hunting group trough supervision key?if it is a user try to delete and recreate the attendant 1130 and recreate the supervision keys..if it is a hunting group check the other users assign to this hunting group.

If you have problem with supervision try next:
mao off
multitool REPAIR
select repairing supervision/ on disk and RAM.

Exit from menu
mao on

@Konstantinos.... it is a user. U need me to delete the reception extension as well??

This is just command:
mao off
multitool REPAIR
mao on


multitool - command for check/ consult MLA, supervision ..

You can play with command multitool (run without option REPAIR).
Run "mao" command without option - you will have some description.
With option REPAIR - used when you have problem with MLA and supervision, with this option you will have two additional item in menu (repairing MLA, repairing supervision) .
In my practice - was used 10 times - some times problem was solved, some times no. But was nothing broken in additional.

Do u have voicemail?
If yes; retrive all the pending (unread) messages on extension..and delete voicemail message.
I had same problem with IP4028 set.
