how to use the acp tool to output the proposal

my actis version is :15.2.0 ,and the acp version is:2.1.3.4 .now install all the application software,i make a offer,can select the menu to output the proposal file.but the file is bad.somebody can help me?
the document error:
4 The Communication Architecture
Could not include “M-DOC_IP-COMM_ARCHITECTURE_INTRO_EN.DOC”
4.1 IP ready solution
Could not include “M-DOC_IP-COMM_IP-READY_PRESENTATION_EN.DOC”
