sipmotor=3/traced not working...?

All those commands that we don't really use very often, but that we should ! Documented or not, they worth it !

sipmotor=3/traced not working...?

Post by cavagnaro »

Hi guys,
We just did an upgrade to R9.1-i1.605-25-a-pe-c80s1 and can't figure out how to make this to work anymore:

sipmotor=3
traced

I remember last patch had to do it as root but now even that is not working...

Is there any alternative way (apart from tcpdump) to see my OXE SIP traces??

Thanks!

Hi cav,

Try that:
sipmotor<3<3<3

Just j00king.
It is "motortrace 3". In most cases "motortrace 2" is enough.
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Do not know. "sipmotor" is a service. Never used it with options.
