SIP Polycom IP7000 re-setting

Post by Sam Kent »

Need help!! I have created 20 SIP extensions for Polycom IP7000 phones and after a certain amount of time (not the same amount each time) the phone will reboot and i get the following error in incvisu:
Error in RTP stream codes: 174 / 1 / 0
Compressor out of service
Compressor in Service
I01 driver error, wrong telephone msg received, line 6218, postition 3,3,19

It is not the same compressor either. Really stuck on this one. I have removed all compression etc... but keeps happening. The call could be for over 35 mins then the phone will just reboot.

Any ideas????
Thanks for your help,

Sam

You can edit timers 366. The default value is 320 unit (32 sn). after you write 30000 unit (3000 sn), you can call 3000 sn. SIP timers are between 361 and 369. you can edit the other setting for SIP.

this could help...

Does anyone knows how to make the dial by name working with a SIP Polycom IP7000?

CORPORATE DIRECTORY
SEARCH
For long directories, you can search for a
user in the directory and then select their
name to speed dial them.
1. Press and select Applications,
then Apps Home then Corporate
Directory Search.

2. Input name, extension, or other data
into the search field, then scroll down
and select Search.
3. Select the matching entry to speed dial
the user (or select Back to do a new
search).
