help!! when trying to set config, users, extension

i get this error message when trying to save the changes -

"error on sub-device, changes forbidden"

all i am trying to do is enable the dial by name and text, and enable the internal keyboard to english.

why am i getting this error message, and how can i work around it?

This function is lock no. 2-Phonebook users. Do you have license ???

What is the type of the set you are trying to modify ???
Is the set equipted with V24 or other sub device ?????

This is due to license most likely.
Check your spadmin (choice 2) and look is you went over the phonebook license
