Sometimes master forgets to check B channels choice. It doesn't matter who has this option checked (as long as just one side has it). if this doesn't work try to increase timer 310 (double it) on ISDN trunk category (External services).

There is a system parameter to send connect ack after status , when there is HLC in connect
Consult/Modify: System Parameters
Node Number (reserved) : 2
Instance (reserved) : 1
Instance (reserved) : 1
System_Option + Specific EI status for GSM
Specific EI status for GSM + True
This system parameter exists since :
- G1.301.35h
- H1.301.48
- I1.605.23
- J1.410.20
