4645 autoatt-menu CLIP Number wrong

hy, all
given is a supportnumber 7900 to a iptouch with direct diversion to a auto attendant mailbox typ menu. in this mailbox there is one choice 1 to a speeddialling number (gsm)
call from outside to the number 7900 press 1 = call on the gsm shows always the main number of the company an not the a-caller number.
is there a solution for correct clip screening ? thanks for any infomations.

Search this forum for partial rerouting and clip no screening. you will find your answers.

thanks for your information,
but partial rerouting works correct for all other sets, rex users, etc. ( checked with trkstat / cilp o.k. )
did translatior default / npd 34 calling isdn national / called isdn unknown / NPD Source > default did translator
only the voice mail user type auto attendant menu show the main company number.
any ideas or tipps ? thank for all informations !

so, i could find a solution > happy customer !
alcatel doesn`t support this feature, it^s not implemented.
the handling is the following : auto attendant takes the call, then recall an transfer to external
the clip on the called party is the translator number of oxe.
now i created a virtual user with a phone cos an the forward time 1 sec. user set in auto attendant for choice 1
call forward no answer on virtual user to the external numer > clip of caller party will be screened on the called !
