/dev/crashdump

I have problem in my standby CPU , always I find there is a dump on /dev/crashdump

but in role cpus I didn't find this , please can you help me

Was some problem with your CPU (information - RAM dump stored like crashdump file.
You will have this notification until you delete this file.
To save the crashdump, if you want to open a case and send it to Alcatel France, do dumpsave -r -o path/to/file
then gzip -9 path/to/file

to remove the crashdump , under root , do dumpsave -w
