Problem with the Hangup of APA8 card trunk ports

Hi,

I am currently facing this problem that, sometimes, one of the trunk ports on APA 8 gets hanged up, the user cannot dial out using that trunk. there is dial tone but the DTMF dialing doesn't gets through, you can always hear the dial tone, resetting of the board logically or physically doesn't help. the port kind of becomes faulty. But if you use that same trunk line directly, everything is perfectly normal.

PBX release exactly?
Problem with one port (all time the same port)?
Port state (trkstat or listerm) - in service?
Nothing in incidents about board/port?
If one port - change two line - problem will on the old port or go with the line.

Hi Vad,

no the problem is with different ports and different lines. i have changed the port but the problem keeps coming up. the port state is free, nd when we seize it , it becomes busy , but we cannot dial out.
there is no incident for this problem.
