I'm trying to find any documents on how to 1. change the recording from "Welcome to the Alcatel-Lucent Conference center" to the name of their company. 2. Change the Logo image from Alcatel-Lucent also to their logo. I was told this cam be done I'm just having a hard time any documents on how to do this.

Sure you can do that. Both procedures are quite simple and described in ACS Administartion manual but for branding(changing a logo etc) you need a license. Check on BPWS or some documents are available here Resource Library
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Thanks! Alex I did find the ACS document and saw how to change the voice prompts and yes looks easy enough I will look into the license I need to change the logo.
