Oxo Programing erase at reset

Hi,

I have a client who is having a problem.
Each time there is a reset(warm or cold), the programing is lost go back to the an initial programing.
I have check a history & Anomalies and I am getting an error msg 239 info 00 which on technical doc seems to be a problem with the memory.

Even if a do a manual save under
Data saving & swaping/commands/backup

it still erase the programing when reset

please help

Cold reset by default erases your programming.
If you do a manual reset (from the power buton) do you have the same problem? (if not you don't have problems with warm resets, you have probably given cold resets instead of warm ones).

which release and version are running on the machine?
I´ve had that behaviour on R2.x and R3.x.

Just did LoLa and everything works fine now. The OXO doesn´t lose the configuration after a warm reset.

If it doesn´t help, I think there is a problem the the memory on the cpu...
