Mates !!.....

Greetings......

Am going to install OXO for Hotel Application first time ,

can any one suggest me the Configuration steps like
Guest user Parameter
Admin User Parameter
How to configure IP Metering .etc

They are pretty much straightforward. Read first the system documentation.

In the Power CPU latest rel 8.0 call accounting over IP is enabled by default and no separate licence is required for it.
for hotel application you need to install OLD office link driver.
refer to document 68 AI for steps.
