TSAPI client issue on nice

After the release migration from OXE 6.1 to OXE 9.1 we are able to connect the TSAPI client to appliance servers, but there are no incidents shown on the TSAPI client for any kind of event performed for instance if the agent on-hook, off-hook, dials a number, called duration of the call, or even the agent id or the set number are not shown in the events.

any logs? tsapi client connects to a tsapi server, what does a csta_mono page on oxe @ip say? your tsapi server connects to a OXE?
iirc: after oxe upgrade it is advised to upgrade tsapi server to, as for example the private_data filed was expanded, and simply old tsapi with new OXE are NOT compatible.

TSAPI server is already upgraded to 6.4.7, and csta_mono page says that OXE connected to TSAPI but still no events logged
