INCOMING CALLS ON SIP EXTENSIONS

Morning
I need help i have installed a sip extension of type X_Lite outgoing calls are okey but incoming the phone rings for both internal and external
but when you pick it disconnect.My pabx is OXE crystal Rel 8.0. anybody with a solution can help.

What codec are you using at the OXE side? Is X-Lite free? X-Lite free just understands g711. Codec may be your problem.

just go to mgr/Ip/ IP domain/intra-domain coding Algorithm you should make it without compression
