Is it possible to print out the amount of monthly incoming calls to an extension on the omnivista 4760 application and if so how?

Thanks in advance

garth,

I have a report definition file that you can import to your 4760 for this.

It will ask you a serious of questions to filter the response for you such as date/time, extension, cost centre, cost. Obviously, you would need to choose date/time as 'last month' and costs 'equal to 0.00'

Also, ensure that the OXE is including 'Public Network Incoming Calls' for the 'files for external accounting' filter parameter.

Definition file can be emailed to if you give me an email address. Just import it to the relevant account in 'Reports'

When I try to run the report I get a Database Disk Full: Generation Error; how do I assign more space for reports?

Hi. Perhaps this can help you: in Directory--> System-->NmcConfiguration-->ReportingTool-->Parameters. Check here.

You have to lower the % limits on disk use. Default 50% and 35% in the services on the Omnivista server.

Directory/System/"Omnivista server"/"omnivista server"/ Here you find all services, check all of them, in some of them there is these % thresholds configured.

Or you have to clean up the disk. I have seen that the installation only check the C-Disk even if archive and database is installed on D-Drive (maybe old issue)

I'm using 20% and 10% in my installations because the harddrives today is so large.

Maight help you to run reports and backups again

Thanks for your help guys that worked well but now I have a new problem!

We have been using the Omni Vista 4760 Reporting features to create a report on how many incoming calls the switchboard has taken per month.
From April to October last year the number of calls seems accurate 2000-3000 range but from November on the number of calls don’t seem to be
Accurate in November there was something like 1500 and then in December something like 300, January something like 200 and in February something like 300.

Would you be able to give us any indication as to why it wouldn’t record the correct number of incoming calls all of a sudden?
