Congestion on BRA trunk HELP!!!

Hello,

Costumer has oxe rlease 9.1 and they trying to use BRA8 to connect to public provider. I configure the trunk group, T0 trunk, 500 prefix (prof trgp with overlap)and set the clock to 210. I run the infocs and i have synchro on the trunk. When i dial 500 from any advance user i receive the message "congestion" in the phone screen. I checked with trkstat and the trunks status is F free even when i press 500. It looks to me like i cannot access the trunk group or trunk. I have configured before this kind of trunk and has worked fine on other systems.This system wasn't configured by me so i cannot find what is wrong. With what i see the oxe has 2 nodes created and has an IP link with another oxe. If anyone has seen this before please help because right now the costumer has no public access.

Have you test you T0 access with ISDN phone?

Are you sure og your wiring?

Yes i tried the T0 access with ISDN phone and works fine.
Then i tried with oxe using 3 different cables.
1) Straight cable in which case i have synchronization but still congestion is shown when trying to access the trunk
2) Cross cable in which case i don't have synchronization and congestion is shown when trying to access the trunk
3) A cable i made to connect 2 OXO together through BRA in private link in which case i don't have synchronization and congestion is shown when trying to access the trunk

I don't know if i need a specific pin out for this connection. I took an oxo to the costumer site and tried all three cables on T0 access. On all three cases the access was physical out of order so I'm guessing it has to be the pin out.
If you know the correct pin out please advise. Thanks in advance,
