4760 5.2 do not make pbx backup

Hi
i installed 4760 5.2 in windows server 2008, whe i try to backup the pbx in maintenance on the status of job i see no alarms o error but only see job finished correct in 0 seconds.
The ftp works from the server to pbx, the password for mtcl,swinst,adfexc are correct.
The downloading of ticket works fine.
This is a strange issue someone had this issue again?
