flash CPUe-1 for OXE

Anyone with CPUe-1 could say, is this a cpu that could be used as CPU for OXE? (normal CPU1 and CPU2 cards are just like in "common hardware" - compatible).
Maybe some good sould will have a good detailed picture off this cpu?
