how to download dynamic voice into GPA2

Hello,

First I have recorded guide by 4068 and download into GPA2 on PBX A, the voice guide file name is "1000",all are normal, I can listen the voice guide when dial "*79"(tone test).
Then I ftp the file 1000_1000 into /usr7/vg/dhs/1000-1000 on other PBX B, create all parameters under menu system-dynamic voice guides, voice guide 1000 also created.
but the VG can't download to GPA2 I had indicated on PBX B. By vgstat, I see the information "Dynamic messages configured but not downloaded :
VG_MULT_1000 (1000) file : 1000 length : 144000 bytes ( 36 pages) (18.4 sec)

How to active the dynamic VG on PBX B?

Try to dó an "not selected" and then "selected" in the configuration. That forces an upload if the vg file present...

I try it and OK now.

1.first I recorded voice in PBX B and named "1000",then the "1000" download to GPA2.
2. I replaced the "1000" with guide from PBX A in PBX B /usr7/vg/dhs, reset the GPA2,then correct voice is actived in PBX B.
