Hi everyone,
Site OXE version is 'R10.0-j1.410-36' and call center. All agents use IP Touch 4038.
When agent is on phone with customer(external number), and customer press DTMF digits.
Agent can't hear exact DTMF tone. Just hear very short part of tone or nothing.
Is there any way to fix this?

Agent need to collect customers account passward, they use some kind of DTMF tone dectecter.

Normal behavior. It's cutted by DSP.
