No Name on CLIP

Hi everybody ,

I installed two Oxe in USA.I used APA8 board.But unfortunately I only can see numbers by CLIP on IP phones.
Is It possibble to see also names

I used CLIDSP daughterboard on my APA8 board.I only can see numbers but unfortunately no name on clips.
How can we see also name on IP phones from calls by APA board?

If you connect analog set with CLIP directly to the analog line - do you have name and number? May be name absent?

hi vad,

before installing OXE I saw there on an analog phone with two row : on first row name and surname and on the second row there was phone number.
After installing OXE I could see only phone numbers on CLIP as always.But I really wonder and also customer want to see the name is it possible on alcatel???

IP set - 4018 or better? With more big display?
And not shure about CLIP - but may be - phone feature COS, item "Calling name display (CNIP/I-CNAM)=1"

I changed Phone feature cos Calling name display (CNIP/I-CNAM)=1" and tried to see on 4028 and 4038 but unforutunately I still could not see names on phones.
Anyone from USA can help ???
