we have connected four analog extension of panasonic exchange to our alcatel NDDi card.Trunk group 24 created for that trunk and #7 created as seizure code of that trunk lines.Analog extension of alcatel is able to seize the the trunk by dialling #7 and able to dial all extension of panasonic exchange, where as digital and IP extensio cam seize the trunk but nothing happens when they dial extension numbers of panasonic exchange.

1st, try with decadic dialling on NDDI trunk.
2nd, remember that analog set generates DTMF tones by itself whenever your press a button. UA and IP Phones can not generate Q.23 tones - you need DTMF generator to send a Q.23 tone. That could mean a lot of problems - tones sent by ALU onto Panasonic could be too short, too long, too strong or too weak for Panas to detect it or no tones sent at all - check with telephone test set connected in parallel.
