There is only one big difference:

Alcatel: Customers complain because salesman promise something that is not licensed etc.. I have to be polite and explain the solution.

Burgerboy: Customers hardly ever complain because many know that secret ingredients can be added by the cook :twisted:

Adjusting the template doesn't affect the way my reports are exported. I assume I need to change an export definition of a .txt-file.

Can someone tell me where I can find those?

You need to create a new template a then create a new report using the new template.
Afte you create a report you cannot change the template.

I have done as you suggested, but still no success. The headers are still in the export file, even with a newly defined template.

Aren't there any export definitions?
