Can not back up ACD and MLAA

hello
i have oxo R7 have ACD and MLA, but i can not backup at OMC
my backup step,
read all from PCX > click "central services" , "ACD" and "MLAA" > OK
when i finished backup,
i can only read "central services" setting,
but i can not see any "ACD" & "MLAA" setting
is it any mistake of backup setps????

Hi,

afaik, you can only access them online. You can backup the settings and voice prompt though, if irc.
You cannot view the settings when you open the backup file offline.
