4XX8EE Phones with Asterisk

I would be very happy if somebody lay out a simple step by step detailed instructions on setting up this phone to work with Asterisk. I have 50 pieces of these phones, and all lie on the shelves, because broken Alcatel pbx.

I've a problem to upgrade my 4018 phone from 3.91 firmware to a SIP compatible one.
I've put a lnapbx.cfg, datsip4018 and noesip4018 on my tftp server but the phone always want bin4018, noe4018 and dat4018

Any ideas ?

Based on documentation: The version is displayed : ‘Version NOE 4.xx.xx’. If the version is at least 4.xx.xx, SIP boot mode is possible.

So can someone send more newer software than 4.XX.XX.

How can i change the boot firmware to 4.10.x.x version from the phone ip touch 4008,it downloaded the firmware from the TFTP server but loads with 3.9.31.x firmware,and i cant change the boot firmware? Is it possible?

There is 2 versions of phones 4008,4018 and 4008EE,4018EE.
Is the 2 versions capable of SIP ?
Can i upgrade 4018 to firmware 4.XX.XX to be able to boot in SIP ?
Where can i get firmware 4.XX.XX for 4018 ?

I answer my question only the 4018EE work in SIP.

i have now a 4018EE with Asterisk and the latest SIP firmware.

What is the syntax of the message_waiting_indication_uri= .

i can't have the voicemail LED to function properly. Only the missed calls a working on the LED.
