Configuring Polycom IP6000 with OXE

I am trying to setup a Polycom IP 6000 with OXE 10.0
It is not registering on the OXE. I pushed the TFTP address on the polycom, and the user name also.
When the polycom boots,I am getting a message,COULD not boot from server.

Is it required to put the TFTP user and password on polycom?

??? TFTP is normally to load BIN files...OXE will be only the registrar not the TFTP server...read Polycom guides
