QoS log

Post by chithanhg0002097 »

Hi
I have issue with qos log. When I ping local LAN (10.18.31.16 to 10.18.31.10), it is logged. But when I ping other location (ex 10.18.31.16 to 10.18.64.10) it isn't logged.
Below is my configuration

policy condition test source ip 10.18.31.16
policy action permit
policy rule test precedence 1000 condition test action permit log

And result
SWF07# show active policy rule test
Policy From Prec Enab Act Refl Log Trap Save Def Matches
test cli 1000 Yes Yes No Yes Yes Yes Yes 58
(L2/3): test -> permit
log interval: 30

If you have support direct from Alcatel-Lucent can use their support site http://service.esd.alcatel-lucent.com/

Depending on how you purchased the product, you might have to work with the reseller you purchased from to have them get you the access or in some cases, have them open the case on your behalf
