4760-Load Accountig error _13017_13018

HI All,
Greeting..

I need help on 4760-Load Accountig error .

I am facing a problem that every morning I got Major Alarm on my Client NMS.
Please find attached the screen shot of both the errors.

13017--Major-'TAXAxxxx.DAT' has been rejected in {0} because of a
database error,Consequence: The files 'TAXAxxxx.DAT' have been rejected. The
records were not loaded
Probable cause: Database insertion error
&
13018--Major -'TAXAxxxx.DAT' cannot be rejected in {0} because of a
database error.Info
Desc Consequence: The files 'TAXAxxxx.DAT' cannot be moved into the
rejected directory
The records were not loaded-
Please give some solution for this.
