call forward on no reply

Hi

i'm having an OXE 9.1. I'm having an issue that the call forwarding to an internel extension or external on busy or no reply doesnt work. but the immediate forward works.

Can please anyone help me out

Describe your problem please (we are not telepathists).
Show f.e. listfwd output.
Explain call flow - internal or external, destination - user, HG or somethinge else.
What happen - busy tone, ring (where)...

we set an extension (903) for forward on no reply or no answer to extension (990). after 8 rings the call just disconnects. immediate forward is working fine. but the forward on no reply is not happening.

hi, if it is a multiline phone have you checked the multiline parameters of the user?

It is a multiline set... what is the setting i have to check for this?

multiline properties check overflow busy and no answer. normally these relate to the associate but I have seen these can also have effect on the forwards.

Hi All,

I am having issues with forward on no reply. The extension is forwarded to a mobile number. All mobile calls are routed trough ARS with
PIN code:True.
When I do an immediate forward to mobile, it works
When I do a forward on busy to mobile, it works
Whe I do a forward on no reply, it does not work
When I do a forward on busy/no reply, it does not work

Please advise on what I can try next.

If you manage (for test) - forward on no replay but without ARS (just TG seizure prefix + external number) - it works or not?
Any set has the same problem (analog, digital - mono or multi-line)?
Timer 4 less then timer for overflow in trunk COS (external services/ trunk COS)?

Issue resolved. Was found to be a bug on R10.0, J140.34. Latest patch 60 works fine. Thanks a lot.
