PRA problem - mandatory information element missing

Dear GURUs
I am facing a problem with PRA line

after progress message receiving my system complains that MANDATORY INFORMATION ELEMENT MISSING (BUT which element is wrong>?)
the operator checked his side and revert me as problem at my side. from ISDN analyzer we can call without any problem. But from PBX when the B side answers I am getting disconnected

Please advice ...

Hi. In System-->Consult/modify ... change to YES in Ignore ISDN Fault in Mandatory IE. Regards

I\ve already done it - same problem

also I played with:

B channel choise yes/no
Ignore ISDN fauls: yes /no
not sens status mesage : yes /no

but problem still exists

The issue solved, problem was on operator side
