VMware booting error

Hi guys! I have serious error with my VMware 5.5.1 that i am unable to boot and install R9.0 on VMware 5.5.1, i want ot install OXE R9.0 on my Personal Computer at my home. plz guide me with complete proceduce. I have allready copied "dhs3mgr" folder to drive "C" but still no progress.The screen shot is attached. Plz any one help me and solve my problem. thanks in advance

Use host eth only mode for VmWare machine or connect the physical interface of the computer to the network.

Thanks for so quick reply! but still my problem not solved i have changed the network connection to Host only mode, but still have problem with vmware booting of dhs3mgr OXE R9.0 to install on my personal pc. the error image is attached.

I think your vm-ware machine cannot reach the pc installer software. if you have configured the network as bridged, you have to be connected to a network...
