Troubleshooting MyIC Office - iPhone APP

Hello,

i want to try some troubleshooting for my MyIC Office APP Connection.

Did you know the Link to open the xml-File locally in the company network?

I try some links like:

https://oxo/DM/Iphone/MAC_Public.xml
https://oxo:9443/DM/Iphone/MAC_Public.xml
https://oxo/myicmobile/MAC_Public.xml
https://oxo:9443/myicmobile/MAC_Public.xml

but the file is not there... so my app can't find the configuration-file to start.

The Settings of the Set in OXO are right, and some other Phones working well.

Any ideas about that?

Ok,

i found the answer:

https://oxo:50443/DM/Iphone/MAC_Public.xml

But i cant open the file from outside like this:

https://company-ip:9443/DM/Iphone/MAC_Public.xml

The CM-Adress and Routing are correct.
