Hi to all guys in fourm. Plz any one help me in ACTIS section, From where can i download "ACTIS.exe" software. Plz provide me complete download address. Plz do not direct me to www.google.com or www.alcatel.com, Thanks in advance.

You can only download it from https://businessportal.alcatel-lucent.com
You need a business partner account and rights for sales or presales in order to download the quote application and in order to view the password for current month.

How does one go about creating a business portal account as a Alcatel enterprise customer if Alcatel advise us to talk to our supplier, and our supplier advises us to contact Alcatel directly?

I would assume that they both don't want to provide me the tool. All the clients that I know that have the tool is from BP not directly from Alcatel.

Hi

It is just from ALU busines portal, and how Tot3nkopf told, with sales and presales rigths. I don't have those rights, so, our supplier provides me the software. Ask your supplier, if he will be friendly, he will provide you the software.
