my ic phone 8082 not work, its reboot anytime, please help..

hallo my english not good, sorry abaut this.
is there a germany speaking in this forum?

i have a my ic phone 8082 and a frizbox 7270 router.

my ic phone say on step3 in the end "bad store configuration" and a ???.xml datei.
then it say reboot in progrees bad stored configuration

then it go to step4 and by 4.5 update????.step3

now it reboot.

can my help anywhere?

Some quests and tips
Is it OXE or open touch deployment ?

On the screenshot you have given : "cannot retrieve file" using HTTP....
Http is not authorized on Open Touch , it should be HTTPS
Change this either in admin mode on device ( if static ip ) Or on the dhcp server

For ip
It should be OT IP address for VHE deployment on OT
It should be 8770 IP address for VHE deployment on OXE

Finally for OT deployment getting the config file requires to have signed OT certificate on the signing VHE and import it back in OT to produce the VHE_CTL file
If you have router firewall take care to allow IP flow from vhe to OT server or from vhe to 8770 server
