MyIC SIP client does not work

Hi folks, i hope there is someone expert in OpenTouch to help.

I', using MyIC Desktop and when we are in LAN, when we alter the routing profile to point to personal computer, the SIP client works fine.
But when the user is outside, using a VPN connection, the SIP client reclaims that cannot be put in service.

I've tried to configure the VPN so all the traffic is thrown through this connection, but it didn't work either.

In such case, you need whireshark, network traces to see the sip registration
Is it myIC Pc sip for oxe (based on pool of sip device in oxe and known by ot 1.1) or for icm users ?


Are you configuring VPN at vpn server Side. It may not accept sip flow
Use as a test of sip flow through vpn, a basic sip client, and try to see if it CAN register on oxe
