Pimphony ERROR 1304 Error writing to file log4net.dll

Do you know of any issues with regards to installing Pimphony R6.5 on Windows XP Home edition SP3 ?
When I run the install I get an "ERROR 1304 Error writing to file log4net.dll" (I believe this is a file Pimphony is trying to create on the users PC?)
I have checked the compatibility and XP Home is ok.
The PC's are not on a Domain and I am logged on as local admin, so no permissions issue.

Any idea?
